You will never be left in the dark with us.

We respond to our clients either the same or the next day, no exceptions. If we are too busy to provide a substantive response, we always make sure to reach out to our client with a quick acknowledgment letting them know when they can expect a full reply.



If we don’t respond to your email within two working days, we’ll credit the cost of that attendance to your next bill — no questions asked.
